We provide:

  • Digital Products (including but not limited to ebooks, calculators, templates, courses, frameworks, recorded trainings, toolkits, and downloads)
  • Coaching Services (group coaching, 1:1 coaching, masterminds, or advisory services)
  • Consulting Services (strategy sessions, audits, diagnostics, implementation support, and professional guidance)

All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

2. No Guarantees or Professional Advice Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Results are not guaranteed
  • Success depends on multiple factors including your background, effort, market conditions, and implementation
  • We do not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, or mental health advice

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our Services.
By purchasing, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe & PayPal
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount or agreed payment plan
  • If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, regardless of participation or usage

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access
  • Collections or enforcement actions
  • Loss of bonuses, services, or future access

5. Refund Policy (Very Important)

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Coaching & Consulting Services

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:

  • All coaching and consulting services are non-refundable
  • No refunds for partial participation, missed sessions, or lack of results

By purchasing, you waive any right to dispute charges based on dissatisfaction, change of mind, or non-participation.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to:

  • Contact us directly at [email protected] before filing any payment dispute
  • Not file chargebacks for services already rendered or digital products delivered

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access
  • Additional fees
  • Legal enforcement of this agreement

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, frameworks, processes, videos, recordings, documents, and intellectual property are owned exclusively by SkillNet LLC.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share materials
  • Record coaching calls or sessions without written consent
  • Use our content to create competing products or services

Violation may result in legal action.

8. Confidentiality

For coaching and consulting services:

  • We agree to keep shared information confidential
  • You agree to keep proprietary strategies, processes, and participant information confidential

This obligation survives termination of services.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access without refund if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in abusive, disruptive, or unethical behavior
  • Misuse intellectual property
  • Fail to complete payments

10. Technology & Availability

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access to platforms
  • Error-free delivery
  • Compatibility with all devices or software

Temporary outages or changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

11. Testimonials & Marketing Use

By submitting testimonials, feedback, or participating in live sessions, you grant us permission to:

  • Use your feedback for marketing and promotional purposes
  • Use anonymized results unless otherwise agreed in writing

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkillNet LLC from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of information or materials

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
